As the Founder and Principal Architect of AND Studio, he manages a global portfolio of bespoke residential and hospitality projects across India, Dubai and London.

A graduate of the Vastu Kala Academy, Love’s professional foundation was profoundly shaped during his formative years working with the Late Pritzker laureate Shri Dr. B.V. Doshi. This rich heritage instills a distinct ability to bridge the gap between cultural nuance and modern functionality. By balancing visionary ideation with pragmatic execution, he continues to stand as a key contributor to the evolving global architectural landscape.

At AND Studio, he plays a pivotal role in translating conceptual ideas into built realities - overseeing design development, technical detailing, and on-site execution with equal rigor. His ability to balance aesthetics with functionality ensures that every project is not only visually compelling but also deeply responsive to its context and users.

Design Director

Arushi Bansal is known for her nuanced design language and instinct for creating spaces that feel both elevated and personal. With a keen eye for composition, texture, and narrative, she approaches each project as a holistic story - where architecture, interiors, and experience seamlessly converge.

A graduate of the Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture, her academic foundation trained and refined her ability to thread contextual awareness into contemporary environments, ensuring a harmonious dialogue between structure and style.

Her creative direction shapes the studio’s aesthetic vision, guiding projects from initial concept through final styling. Arushi’s work reflects a balance of restraint and expression, blending modern sensibilities with warmth and authenticity.
