Love Choudhary founded AND Studio in 2016 with a single question at the heart of the practice: can contemporary Indian luxury be quiet? After graduating from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, and spending a decade working across India and the Middle East, he had seen enough of the opposite — architecture that announced itself, hotels that screamed, residences that tried to impress rather than inhabit.
AND Studio began as a three-person practice in Shahpur Jat, New Delhi, and has grown to a twenty-four-member team across Delhi, Dubai and London. The work has been featured in Architect + Interiors India, Architecture Hunter, The Decor Journal, A+D, Elle Decor and Platform. Love has spoken at the School of Planning and Architecture, CEPT Ahmedabad, and industry conferences in Mumbai, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur.

Love's work spans hospitality (including the Hyatt Regency Dehradun), flagship residential projects like Trivikramalaya in Jaipur and Stecca Dorata in Delhi, and commercial work for brands like Bikanervala and SPC. The studio's approach is research-led, climate-responsive, and deeply committed to sourcing materials within 400 km of each site where possible.
