Luxe Ouvert

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Dubai, this luxury residence is a masterclass in elite desert living. At Luxe Ouvert, the architecture is anchored by a bold, monolithic white volume that seemingly hovers over a transparent ground plane, creating a structural drama that is both imposing and weightless. The design revolves around the art of leisure, where the boundaries between the plush interior and the expansive poolside terrace seamlessly blend. A sunken lounge within the pool and a sophisticated outdoor pavilion serve as the heart of the home, inviting a seamless transition from day to evening entertaining. Expansive glass galleries are strategically recessed to frame the palm-lined horizon while offering refuge from the intense sun, ensuring the large openings maintain a comfortable, sun-drenched glow. Through a refined palette of crisp plaster, dark stone, and warm timber accents, the villa achieves a level of minimal grandeur that feels uniquely suited to the Dubai landscape. Every architectural gesture from the floating upper deck to the integrated water features - is curated to offer a private, resort-like sanctuary that prioritizes both monumental scale and intimate comfort.
